• For hot dishes like pasta, soup, or stew, we recommend containers with a PLA coating and a suitable cardboard lid that allows steam to escape. This prevents the pasta from overcooking and becoming mushy.
• For cold dishes like salads, a clear rPET lid is suitable – the guest sees the fresh ingredients, and the eye eats with them. Important: This lid does not belong on hot food.
• The coating ensures that the container doesn't get soggy even with sauce and oil. That's the difference between "appetizing" and "soggy."
