Notice on exchanges and returns: Printed packaging is made to order and is expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal under Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB). As these items are produced specifically according to your specifications, exchanges or returns are generally not possible. Please therefore carefully check your print files and order details before placing your order. Should any discrepancies nevertheless arise, we will always do our best to find a suitable solution together with you. Naturally, the exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not apply if the error is on our part—for example, a printing error or a discrepancy from your confirmed order. In that case, you are of course entitled to have the issue corrected or to receive a replacement.
