What is the minimum order quantity?
Neutral cups and personalized lids are available from 1 carton = 300 pieces. Printed (personalized) cups start from 10 cartons = 3,000 pieces. The correct quantity will be automatically set upon selection.
Can I have my own logo printed?
Yes. You upload your logo directly on the product page. Our design team will then create the print file from it. The design will be placed 3 times around the bowl so that it is visible from every angle.
How exactly does the personalization process work?
In four steps: 1) Upload your logo, 2) receive a digital design from us, 3) approve or request changes, 4) after your approval, the goods go into production.
Can I see a preview before printing?
Yes. You will receive a digital proof (preview) before production and approve it. Only then will printing begin. Changes can be made at any time before approval.
Are the bowls suitable for hot food?
Yes. Thanks to the PE inner coating, they are suitable for hot dishes such as soups, pasta, and curries, as well as for cold salads and bowls.
Are the bowls leak-proof?
With a suitable lid, the bowls close securely and are also suitable for more liquid dishes such as soups and sauces - ideal for delivery and transport.
What sizes and lids are available?
The bowls are available in 750 ml, 1,000 ml and 1,300 ml. For the lid, you can choose between no lid, a transparent rPET lid or a cardboard membrane lid – the lid can also be personalised if desired.
How long does delivery take?
Neutral bowls and personalized lids will be with you in approx. 4-6 business days. For printed bowls, please allow approx. 2-3 weeks, as these are produced individually after your approval.
How sustainable are the bowl and lid?
The bowls are made of FSC cardboard with a functional PE coating. The rPET lid is made from recycled PET and is PFAS-free. Alternatively, a cardboard membrane lid is available.
