Note about our customer base:
Our online shop is exclusively aimed at commercial customers. We only enter into contracts with customers who act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

Note on exchange and return policy: Printed packaging is custom-made and is expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal according to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB. Since these items are produced specifically according to your specifications, exchanges or returns are generally not possible. Please carefully check your print data and order details before placing your order. Should any discrepancies occur, we are always committed to finding a suitable solution together with you. Of course, the exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not apply if the error is on our part – for example, a printing error or a deviation from your confirmed order. In this case, you are entitled to rectification or replacement.
