There are four steps between your order and the package at your door. You can already see the estimated delivery time on the product page and again during the ordering process, so you can plan accordingly.
What happens step by step
Order. You will immediately receive a confirmation email. This lets you know that we have received everything.
Data check. For printed products, one of our team members reviews your file before it goes to the machine. If everything fits, it proceeds directly. If something is wrong—too low resolution, an element too close to the edge—we will contact you. This may take a day but prevents you from receiving a whole pallet you are not satisfied with.
Production. Now the printing and assembly take place. How long this takes depends on the product and the printing method. Flexographic printing takes longer due to the printing plates than digital printing.
Shipping. As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. This lets you see exactly where your shipment is. We will also update you at important milestones or if there are any delays—you don’t need to ask.
For larger quantities
From a certain quantity, the goods are no longer shipped as a package but on a pallet via freight forwarding. This is important to know because freight forwarding delivers differently than a parcel service: a delivery date is arranged, and someone must be on site to receive the goods.
If it’s urgent
Let us know. If you have a fixed date, an event, or an opening, include that in your order or give us a quick call. We will honestly tell you if it’s feasible. We prefer a clear no over a maybe you rely on.
